Chapter 26 Love Wins

When things seemed to be within Sulie's fingertips already, something snapped inside King Timodore's heart, overwhelming the lust that was totally clouding his body and mind.

Queen Asalea's eyes haunted King Timodore's mind and as he heard her soft voice like a chant, his heart beat faster that awakened him from Sulie's manipulation.

“Asalea, my Queen," He suddenly murmured that caught the ears of Sulie.

"Who did you call?" with narrowed eyes, Sulie looked at King Timodore. She wanted to slap him.

King Timodore instantly opened his eyes and pushed Sulie aside and fixed his belt and jeans' buckle. "Sulie, we can talk next time. . . decently," he said then walked away.

Sulie was left shocked and too embarrassed. This has been the second time that King Timodore rejected her and she could not accept it.

Inside their bedroom, King Timodore saw Queen Asalea sitting at the edge of their bed with closed eyes while her hands lay on her laps. King Timodore smiled. He can sense that she did something to awaken him from his lustful desires a while ago.

He silently walked and sat beside her on the bed. She felt him.

Queen Asalea opened her eyes and looked at King Timodore with sparkles in her eyes.

"I know you will be coming back," she said while cupping his face with her soft hands.

Without saying anything, King Timodore hugged her and kissed her passionately. It is his sign of letting her feel his sincere apology for almost cheating on her a while ago.

Queen Asalea returned his kisses with much fervor. She will not make him feel dissatisfied; this is Queen Asalea's promised to herself.

And as they lay on the bed with bodies entwined, King Timodore felt in his heart that dethroning her and finding someone else would be the biggest mistake that he will ever commit in his entire life.

Sulie searched for Toremo. She found him inside his room about to sleep. Since the door is still unlocked, she entered the room after knocking twice. “Toremo, I failed again," she said while her tears of frustrations started to fall like rivulets. She sat on Toremo's bed.

Upon seeing Sulie in her desperate condition, Toremo pitied her in a way. He sat beside her and caressed her back.

"Sulie, don't push too hard yet. Maybe you are being too aggressive and the King might have been turned off because of that. You have to wait patiently until things go on naturally," Toremo with a low voice, advised her.

Still crying, Sulie shook her head. "I want to give this up Toremo," she looked at Toremo with defeat in her eyes.

Toremo shook his head too, "Too early to retreat my dear. The Sulie I knew was braver than that."

"He rejected me twice already."

"Only twice? Give him one more chance; if the third time will fail again, we will think of something else for you to get the Queen's Throne." Toremo assured her.

Out of gratitude, Sulie wrapped her arms around Toremo's neck and gave him a quick kiss on his lips. Both of them were shocked thereafter. "Sulie." Breathing heavily Toremo grabbed her by her waist and returned her kiss with much passion and aggressiveness.

Sulie was confused. She has no strength to refuse Toremo. She even moaned when Toremo's hand landed on her left breast and made its way inside her dress to hold and gently massage it.

When Toremo lifted Sulie and put her at the center of his bed while slowly removing her dress, Sulie just closed her eyes with a smile crossing her face.
