Unexpected Encounter with my Boss (Vincent and Tiffany)

Chapter 107

Teresa looked up and realized that it was the fierce-looking man. She shifted her weight to one leg and pulled her arm back. "No... I'm fine." The man frowned. Suddenly, he crouched and grabbed Teresa's calf.

"Aah!" She screamed in shock.

The man examined her knee. Then, he picked her up without warning and walked toward the hospital.

The driver behind him was startled. "Leon!"

The man turned slightly. "Park the car. Come and find me after."

...

The man walked into the emergency department and put Teresa down on a chair. He said to the doctor, "She's injured. Please take a look at her." "Has she taken a number?"

"No."

"Go and get a number."

The man frowned, and the temperature in the room seemed to drop. He looked like he would tear the place apart.

The doctor gulped and explained, "We have to follow the right procedure. Go and get her a number while I take a look at her."

"Fine!" He turned to Teresa and said, "I'm going to get a number."

Teresa nodded.

The doctor breathed a sigh of relief as the man walked out. He examined Teresa's knee injury and asked cautiously, "Is he your boyfriend?" Startled, Teresa shook her head. "No."

"That's good. He doesn't look like he has a good temper. You seem like a nice person. Don't get mixed up with mendike that. You won't be able to deal with him."

Teresa explained. "You've misunderstood. I don't know him."

The man soon returned. Teresa glanced over and saw the name written on the bill-Leon Bolton.

Teresa was wearing jeans, and they were torn at the knee from her fall. The doctor had torn it further so that he could treat her wound. Seeing her ruined jeans, Teresa felt rather mournful.

Once her injury had been bandaged, she also got some medicine. Leon picked her up again and walked out.

contact with the opposite gender in her entire life, apart from Eric. She blushed at once and said, "You can put me down. I can walk."

Leon took a look at her and ignored what she had said. He strode out of the hospital with her in his arms.

His car was parked outside. When his driver, Clyde Libbon, saw him coming, he unlocked the door. Leon pulled the door open and carried Teresa into the car.

With a thunk, the door closed, and Leon asked her, "Address."

Teresa was startled. Was he going to send her home?

She waved a hand and said, "It's alright..."

"Address!" Leon frowned slightly, and she felt a formidable oppression coming from him once more.

Teresa knew that she couldn't afford to offend him. She hesitated and told him the name of an apartment complex next to hers.

When the car arrived, Teresa said politely, "Thank you for bringing me home. Bye."

She turned to open the car door but to no avail.

Leon got out of the car and went to her side. Only then did Clyde unlock the door. Leon pulled it open and reached out to carry her.
